Flame from coconut kernel burning . From coconut husk, high performance supercapacitors can be made,as per research findings news

The coconut husk biowaste-derived activated carbon holds immense promise for sustainable and efficient green solutions for high-performance supercapacitors owing to its availability, low cost, and eco-friendly nature.

Supercapacitors, with significantly higher capacitance and energy storage capacity than conventional capacitors, have emerged as a vital component in the quest for sustainable energy storage solutions. But, the search for an ideal supercapacitor electrode material has been a challenge.

The research team found the prototype supercapacitors made of coconut husk-derived activated carbon to be four-times more efficient than the existing supercapacitors.

Black Nightshade (Solanum nigrum) Kamakshi kayala chettu , fruits cures all liver related health problems ) (Indian Name: Makoy or Manathakkali)

The Analysis of black nightshade leaves shows them to consist of (per 100 grams):

1)moisture : 82.1%
2)protein : 5.9%
3)fat : 1.0 %
4)minerals : 2.1%  (calcium, phosphorus, iron,
                                riboflavin, niacin, vitamin C )

5)carbohydrates : 8.9%

The plant and the fruit contain toxic alkaoid solanine and saponin.

Feeding experiments on sheep for toxicity, however, showed negative results.

The black nightshade is used as an important ingredient in several Indian medicines.
1)It is a valuable cardiac tonic
2)It corrects disordered processes of nutrition by which the organisms ingests, digests, absorbs, transports, utilises and excretes food substances.

3)The raw juice of the leaves is used in stomach disorders like flatulence, peptic ulcers and colitis.
